Your cooperation with the following guidelines will help us ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our guests:
Security and Screening
✅ All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to screening/security checks.
✅ We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone and to handle any unattended items as deemed appropriate.
Prohibited Items:
🚫 Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind.
🚫 Marijuana (including marijuana-enriched products) or any illegal substance.
🚫 Objects or toys that appear to be firearms or weapons.
🚫 Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects, smoke machines, or fog machines.
🚫 Outside alcoholic beverages.
🚫 Glass containers.
🚫 Recreational devices such as drones, remote-control toys, or any devices that can disrupt the operation of rides.
Prohibited Activities:
🚩 The sale or display of goods or services. No outside vendors.
🚩 Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the Festival.
🚩 Unauthorized access or entry to backstage areas, the school building, rectory, hall, parish center, and church.
🚩 Unauthorized events, speeches, or use of any flag, banner, sign, or other material for commercial purposes or as part of a demonstration..
🚩 Unauthorized filming or recording of any kind for commercial use.
🚩 Unauthorized solicitations of any kind (commercial, religious, educational, etc.), including solicitations of money or other contributions or donations, and distribution of printed or recorded materials.
🚩 Obstructing sidewalks, entrances, driveways, patios, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls, or landings.
🚩 Gang wear/gang activity.
🚩 Fighting.
🚩 Smoking/vaping.
General Conduct
✔ Guests consuming alcoholic beverages must do so responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying visible signs of impairment/intoxication.
✔ Disruptive behavior (including, but not limited to, foul/abusive language, obscene gestures or fighting) will result in immediate ejection from the festival.
✔ Obscene clothing or indecent messages on clothing are prohibited.
✔ Guests must comply with all requests from festival staff regarding operations and emergency procedures.
✔ Premises are under video surveillance.
✔ Dogs must be on a leash.
✔ If you see something, say something. Better safe than sorry.
We reserve the right to prohibit any other activity that we determine may be harmful ordisruptive, in our sole and absolute discretion. These rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
Assumption of Risk:
By entering the 2025 OMGC Spring Festival, you acknowledge and assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or loss. You agree to release and hold harmless the Our Mother of Good Counsel Church and School, its staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising from such risks.
